The #2030Agenda for Sustainable Development - #SDGs demands a UN development system that is agile, cohesive and responsive to a country’s priorities and people’s needs. It requires rights-based programming for the Agenda 2030 that is underpinned by robust national analysis, a renewed push for collective action and partnerships, and a laser-like focus on helping countries achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and Targets, leaving no one behind. That is the spirit embedded in the new Internal Guidance for the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework, a centerpiece of our reform process.
The chapters of the Internal Guidance of the cooperation framework are:
- Ch. 1: A partnership for achieving the 2030 Agenda
- Ch. 2: Cooperation Framework: Design and Preparation
- Ch. 3: UNCT configuration in support of the Cooperation Framework
- Ch. 4: Financing the SDGs and funding the Cooperation Framework
- Ch. 5: Cooperation Framework Implementation
