To add a resource, create a newpage for it using the button under the list; enter a suitable name.
Scope
Any resource with a global relevance that is provided by global actors, including countries, global loby groups etc.
Typically, the global resource is provided by a group of countries, or international organizations representing major groups of civil society as listed in coalition maps.
In this Actor Atlas prototype, the collection of global resources is partial.
